BPi BLOX: Muscle Builder

One of the newest products on the market is BPi Blox Silk Amino Acids. This is supposedly a synergistic blend of amino acids that help build muscle and retain muscle mass. Whether you are a women or a man, this is a very important role in lifting. Women don’t worry this doesn’t mean that you will blow up and get all big and bulky like men, what it does mean is that on your low calorie diet you will be able to preserve muscle tone while burning fat, which is one of the biggest dilemma for women while dieting. Where are the amino acids that create BLOX.

Alanine: Plays a major role in the transfer of nitrogen from peripheral tissue to the liver; aids in the metabolism of glucose, a simple carbohydrate that the body uses for energy; guards against the buildup of toxic substances that are released into muscle cells when muscle protein is broken down quickly to meet energy needs, such as what happens with aerobic exercise; strengthens the immune system by producing antibodies.

Glycine: Retards muscle degeneration; improves glycogen storage, thus freeing up glucose for energy needs; promotes a healthy prostate, central nervous system, and immune system; useful for repairing damaged tissue and promotes healing.
Serine: Needed for the proper metabolism of fats and fatty acids, the growth of muscle, and the maintenance of a healthy immune system; is a component of the protective myelin sheaths that cover nerve fibers; is important in RNA & DNA function and cell formation; aids in the production of immunoglobulins and antibodies.

Valine: Is needed for muscle metabolism and coordination, tissue repair, and for the maintenance of proper nitrogen balance in the body; used as an energy source by muscle tissue; helpful in treating liver and gallbladder disease; promotes mental vigor and calm emotions.

Threonine: Helps maintain proper protein balance in the body; is important for the formation of collagen, elastin and tooth enamel; aids liver and Lipotropic function when combined with Aspartic Acid and Methionine; prevents the buildup of fat in the liver; assists metabolism and assimilation.

As you can see these key amino acids called BLOX are used to help preserve muscle and rebuild muscle while working out. This is a great addition to the active individual who is looking to get ripped or put on size and recovery faster. Bpi BLOX can be used by anyone that is used to consuming amino acids, which is any and every individual. I hope to give BLOX a try sometime in the near future. If you try it please leave a comment to let me know what you think of it.
