Who says that women can’t compete in the gym? I was watching Dana Linn Bailey the other day as she benched 135 (her body weight!) for 25. That is pretty incredible and is inspiration for all women. Most women only lift half their weight, she was able to do her weight for 25! So how do women get psyched up to do this kind of weight?

What has worked for me in the past and what I usually recommend for others is Jack3d by USP Labs. I know a lot of men who take this but honestly if you are a guy who uses this you are a girl. Remember the main goal here is to enhance your intake of calories every day. It really doesn’t matter how you do it, by eating more meals or increasing the size of the meals. But if you follow the guidelines above, you will sure turn out looking healthier and fitter.
