Who says that women can’t compete in the gym? I was watching Dana Linn Bailey the other day as she benched 135 (her body weight!) for 25. That is pretty incredible and is inspiration for all women. Most women only lift half their weight, she was able to do her weight for 25! So how do women get psyched up to do this kind of weight?
What has worked for me in the past and what I usually recommend for others is Jack3d by USP Labs. I know a lot of men who take this but honestly if you are a guy who uses this you are a girl. This is a perfect women’s lifting supplement. There are three reasons why this supplement works best for women, 1) No excess calories, 2) One Scoop does it all, 3) Keeps muscle pumped.
Many pre workouts have calories added to their pre workout formulas, but as women this is something that isn’t beneficial to their physique. Many products use Maltodextrin, Dextrose, or Waxy Maize – all are good for helping with putting on size but not great for building lean hard muscle.
I know a lot of men using up to three scoops, but women only need that one scoop. This is a positive of having a smaller body we don’t need as many servings to get the full effect. With this particular proprietary blend it is designed to help the body produce ATP, and Carnosyn, which are both crucial things to have while lifting for reps. The formula also has geranium and caffeine, which causes the mind to focus and feel good while lifting, so know you can smile when you are lifting than that scrawny guy in the corner. Probably the most known ingredient is arginine. Arginine helps with the nitric oxide production, causing a full body muscle pump and good looking definition.
Like discussed above, this product gives you a good muscle pump. For many people the pump is an unknown thing, but with this Jack3d you will be able to experience the ‘pump’. Having a muscle pump allows the body to be more receptive for nutrients after a workout, allowing a faster recovery time. The muscle pump is important for women who are looking to develop muscle and strength gains.
Though Jack3d by USP Labs is often marketed to men, it is a far better for women (IMO). Next time you are looking for that extra push in the gym get your hands on some Jack3d and start lifting. Thanks Dana Linn for the motivation.
